The Whatcom County Community Resource Center is dedicated to serving all individuals and families making Whatcom County their home.
The Community Resource Center is the first stop when you need help with housing, bills, food, or other basic needs. Call 360-734-5121 or visit 1111 Cornwall Ave in Bellingham during our regular hours.
Services available at the Resource Center include:
- Information about services and referrals to different programs
- Applying for Basic Food Benefits
- Accessing a telephone
- Obtaining official Washington State ID (Find current Access ID clinic dates)
- Picking up or dropping off documents related to Opportunity Council Program
More information on Opportunity Council and other community programs is available at WhatcomResources.org (affiliate link), a new source for social, human, and health services in Whatcom County. It is a community designed and led initiative.
Walk-in Services
Prefer to talk to someone face-to-face? The Community Resource Center has walk-in services available Monday – Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Visit the Resource Center if you need help with:
