A planned leadership transition is underway at Opportunity Council. Executive Director Greg Winter plans to retire in August 2026. Thank you, Greg, for the steady leadership and care brought to this work. This page is the home base for Executive Director search updates as the process moves forward.

Opportunity Council Executive Director Greg Winter plans to retire August 2026. He will remain in the role through then for continuity.
The Board of Directors has initiated a national search with Element One Consulting.
Services will continue uninterrupted during the transition.
