Come to the parking lot of our Whatcom Community Resource Center for the DSHS Mobile Office! DSHS workers will be able to assist you like they would at their Community Services Office. They can assist you with applications, paperwork, and interviews, complete case reviews, and issue new or replacement EBT cards.
