Before starting your application, please make sure you have the following documents handy:
- Age verification for the child to be enrolled
- Proof of income
- An up-to-date immunization record [can link to current requirements if that info is easily available].
Once your initial application has been accepted, a member of our Early Learning Team will be in contact to schedule a more in-depth telephone interview.
